By highway:

From Rome:
Through the highway A1 Autostrada del Sole, Chiusi-Chianciano Terme Exit, follow the road signs to Montepulciano and then to Pienza. Go past Pienza at 4km following the road signs to San Quirico d'Orcia.
From Florence:
Through the highway A1 Autostrada del Sole, Val di Chiana Exit, follow the road signs to Torrita di Siena and then to Pienza. Go past Pienza at 4km towards San Quirico d'Orcia.


By train:

Get off at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme Station, it is possible to get a bus from there to Montepulciano and Pienza.


By plane:

Florence: "A. Vespucci" airport, Rome: "Fiumicino" airport; it is possible to take a train or to rent a car from both airports.
